Veteran’s Day 2013

Posted by | Veterans | No Comments

Veterans Day is the National Holiday upon which our nation pauses for a moment to honor and thank our Veterans – past and present – for their service.  In fact, tens of thousands of members of North America’s Building Trades Unions were at one time a member of America’s Armed Forces.

Veteran’s Day is a moment in time to honor their service.  Many of us have the choice to take the day off on Monday, November 11th.  However, we must always remember that we only have that choice because of our veterans’ heroic service.

Today and every day, we salute the very special men and women of America’s Armed Forces. We honor and give thanks for their courage and are proud to support both their missions and career growth.
